Project overview
One box between the farmer and the field
Sysmart Agro reads what is happening in the soil and the air, decides whether water is needed, switches the pump and reports everything back to a dashboard. The system runs the full monitoring and control loop today on our field sites.
- Give farmers accurate soil and climate data instead of guesswork.
- Automate irrigation so water and fuel are used only when required.
- Keep working where mobile coverage and grid power are unreliable.

Embedded controller
Custom board around an ESP32 class microcontroller with local control logic.
Soil and climate sensing
Soil moisture, temperature and humidity inputs read on a fixed interval.
Connectivity
GSM and Wi-Fi uplink, with LoRa under evaluation for wider field coverage.
Power
Solar and battery operation designed for sites without stable grid supply.
Dashboard
Web dashboard for readings, thresholds and pump status.
Control
Relay driven pump and valve switching, manual override on the device.
How it works
From sensors to smart decisions
The Sysmart Agro operational flow, from a reading in the soil to an irrigation decision on the farm.
Sensors
Soil moisture, temperature, humidity and water level sensing in the field.
IoT controller
A solar capable controller reads the sensors and drives pumps and valves.
Connectivity
GSM and wireless links move readings out of the farm.
Data collection
Readings are timestamped and queued, including when the network drops.
Cloud database
Field data is stored as a continuous record per farm and per block.
AI analysis
Models study the readings to flag stress, waste and irrigation needs.
Dashboard
The farmer and our team see live status, history and alerts.
